Following this, a detailed report is sent to you to provide recommendations:
- To meet the manufacturer’s prerequisites
- To cover the site in Production Wifi and Guest Wifi
- And in terms of IT best practices (cabling, technical rack, Internet line).
In case your site requires the installation of the CityPassenger Wifi system, a purchase order will be sent to you.

As soon as you decide to work with us, we accompany you in the preparation of your site to welcome our technician in the best conditions.
To do this, we first invite you to prepare the site in terms of cabling in accordance with the recommendations of the audit report that will have been provided to you.
In parallel, you are asked for various technical information such as your IP addressing plan, which will be used to prepare the necessary hardware, namely a V20 controller and one or more wifi acces point.
Throughout the deployment, our technical teams are at your disposal to help you if you enconter any difficulty.
Once these elements are validated, the intervention of a technician is planned, with your agreement, in order to put the material into service on your site.
